We are located in the Ballyhoura trail head in Coilltes Greenwood Forest. All our mountain bike skills and courses are provided by MBLA qualified staff who hold either the Trail Cycle Leaders Award (T.C.L.) or the Mountain Bike Leader Award (M.B.L.) and have been trained by Englands leading mountain bike training facility Cyclewise Whinlatter. All our instructors are chosen for their professionalism, enthusiasm and experience. All the staff have international experience from racing to exploration, we provide mountain bike tuition/courses that are run by bikers for bikers.

The MBLA system is a recognised qualification by Scottish Cycling,British Cycling,Cycling Ireland that allows groups to be lead around trail centers and higher more remote mountain regions.
