We offer various levels 1, 2, 3, to suit beginners, intermediate and advanced bikers.The aim is to make you a more confident, technically better, as a biker. Our courses are aligned with the Trail Cycle Leader Award (TCL). Bikers looking for a formal qualiication will be in a good position to attempt the T.C.L. having completed our courses. Video analysis is used on our courses to show your body positioning and how you need to rectify it. All post course material will be provided for you to continue your coaching with all the skills listed .

LEVEL 1 (*) Suitable for beginner riders. This level is aimed at people who are new to biking and would have a little experience. Suits riders who are looking to gain the important mountain bike core skills to help avoid trail objects such as roots, rocks etc. If you need to improve your confidence on a bike, how to check and set up your bike, learn vital core skills, this is the level for you.
LEVEL 2(**) Suitable for bikers of intermediate level. This level is aimed at those with some experience on a mountain bike and who have confidence on a variety of terrain and trails.
You may be the type of biker who has completed the level 1 course or a biker looking to tackle natural terrain or more specialist techniques, this will be skill level required for blue/green graded trails
LEVEL 3 (***) Suitable for intermediate to advanced riders.This level is aimed at the biker who can handle a bike in a variety of terrain and have had some big days in the saddle, normally biking a few years, this session involves technical climbing and descending on loose terrain and step ups/step downs, and suitable skills for the big mountain day outs.
MODULE WEEKENDS These weekends consist of a mix of expertise from various providers,They are weekend workshops that consists of a tailormade course ,
WEEKENDS consist of mechanics on fine tuning,bike set up,nutrition,training and servicing of your own personal bike
